Mutual Aid Philly

Mutual Aid Philly is a completely volunteer run and community powered operation to provide support to disabled, chronically ill, and undocumented individuals during COVID-19. We work with volunteers (like you!) to provide grocery and prescription delivery, cleaning supplies and masks, financial assistance, prepared meals, emotional support, and transportation in Center City and South Philly in English, Spanish, and Chinese.

Our most pressing need is donations because the majority of people requesting aid are unable to afford the groceries and prescriptions they need. Mutual aid is more than charity, it's coming together to support each other and create a strong community. All donations go directly to community members in need. You can donate to support our community at https://actionnetwork.org/fundraising/mutual-aid-philly/ or on Venmo @mutualaidphl.

If you'd like to volunteer your time with us, please fill out the form for offering aid on our website with which services you'd like to help out with. An organizer will be in contact when we have a request you may be able to help with.

You can also email us if you'd like to help with posting flyers, making masks to donate, or you speak Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese and would like to get involved with matching volunteers to fulfill requests or assisting with translation.
