March Event & Happy Hour Cancellation

VU PHL Community,

As promised, we’ve continued monitoring the COVID-19 situation within Philadelphia and after heartfelt consideration, we’ve decided to cancel both our March volunteer events and our March happy hour event. 

While this decision is disappointing to both us and our partners, we firmly believe that it is the right decision to put public health and safety first and do our part in minimizing the risk of disease spread.

In effort to help make sure our partners still receive some of the VU love, we are hosting a digital donation drive to benefit both Clark Park and Memphis Street Academy. I encourage you to purchase an item from the wishlist in lieu of physically volunteering this month. Donate an item here.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update on our April event at a later date.
